Construction Update 9-15-23

Hello Everyone,

Our construction update for the week of 9/15/2023 is below:

An overall site plan can be found on the last page of the update. This will help readers gain a better
understanding of where on-site work is being performed. During the week of September 11th, WTR and their subcontractors continue to prepare for and install foundations in Area B and Area A. Installation of rebar and formwork for foundation footings & walls in Area B and Area A continue. The site contractor continues to excavate from grade to bottom of footing elevation in Area A, ahead of the concrete subcontractor. Following the concrete pours, formwork from the pours are removed, drainage pipe is installed at the base of the walls, and the walls backfilled. On Friday the plumbing subcontractor was onsite to set the buildings grease trap.

Looking ahead to the week of September 18th, the site contractor will continue excavating to bottom of footing elevation in Area A ahead of the concrete subcontractor installing rebar and formwork for foundation footings and walls. Following the concrete placements of foundation walls, drainage pipe will be installed, walls will be insulated and backfilled. The electrician will be onsite to begin installing underground conduit to the Main Electrical Room.

Trucks, equipment, and deliveries will be a continuous presence at both the north and south gate entrances.
